I Needed To Lose Weight For The Big Day!
Hi everyone. My name is Jackie Darlington and I’m a mother of three beautiful daughters (who are growing up too quickly) and a pretty good wife too! (Well I hope so anyway!)
About six months ago my husband surprised me and suggested that we renew our wedding vows on our anniversary and although I was excited to relive that magical experience, I knew I looked very different to the day I actually got married.
It was no secret that after my three girls, my body never returned to its pre baby state and being a super busy mom, I guess I gradually started to let go the importance I once had for a good figure.
All the aside though, immediately I knew I just had to fit back into my wedding dress for the big day, although it almost seemed a somewhat ridiculous quest at the time.
Over the years I’ve tried countless of diet regimes, weight loss programs and all of the so called ‘fad’ diets from time to time too- especially those that Dr Oz recommended at some point including the Raspberry Ketones, Garcinia Cambogia and even the Green Coffee Bean hype.
Whilst I lost a pound or two here and there, unfortunately none of those remedies seemed to be consistent, even though I used to hit the gym at least 3 times a week too.
One day at work, I mentioned my weight loss quest to my friend Dianne, who told me about an appetite suppressant she had great success with- Phentabz.
She said that I didn’t really need to change my lifestyle very much and I’d only require to take this tablets twice daily and the weight would almost magically start to drop off.
To be honest I was a pretty skeptical at the time, but also overwhelmed with the number of weight reduction methods, diets and so called magic bullets- I didn’t know where to start and I had to make a choice quickly because the big day wasn’t that far away.
I had in fact 23lbs to lose and it had to be gone within seven weeks. On top of that, we had the mammoth task of organizing this event in such little time too. It was a last minute decision, but one that both hubby and I really wanted to do.
After week 1, I had dropped 3lbs and felt energetic. By week 2, I’d lost a total of 8lbs, week 3 12lbs, week 4 15lbs, week 5 18lbs and by the end of the sixth week, 21lbs lost in total.
To be honest, I was tempted to keep going but I looked and felt great about meeting my goal and my dress was a little lose on the big day which simply added to my excitement.
These appetite suppressants simply work and in hindsight, I didn’t even think about modifying my diet in any way. Maybe they could have worked a little faster had I changed my diet?
I felt energetic and lively whilst taking these tablets and I’m so happy Dianne told me about Phentabz.
Anyway, as such I thought I would write up my experience and try and help others. If you have any questions about it, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help if I can.
Best of luck with your goals- whatever you choose to use.
